Our comprehensive package, including high-speed internet, trash services, and smart home features, is available for $125 per month. Our decorating policy allows for interior modifications to make your apartment feel like home, as long as any changes are restored to their original condition before you move out. However, we do not permit any exterior modifications to maintain the building’s uniform appearance. Feel free to personalize your space within these guidelines to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
What is the parking policy & cost?
Parking is available at $40 per month for a covered, reserved spot. Each lease allows for up to one parking spot per lease signer, subject to the availability of additional spots. This ensures you have a designated space for your vehicle while enjoying the convenience and security of covered parking.
